Nothing says Cinco De Mayo like cauliflower crust pizza! Margarita chaser highly suggested for this fiery recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cauliflower Pizza Crusts
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 6 hot peppers (habanero, jalapeno, or ghost)
  • 1/4 cup drained, rinsed black beans
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup sliced bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce (the spicier the better)
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat a pan with 1 teaspoon oil.
  2. Blister hot peppers in piping hot pan for 3 minutes.
  3. Top CAULIPOWER crust with sauce.
  4. Add mozzarella, hot peppers, bell peppers, and beans.
  5. Bake at 425° for 12-15 minutes. Sprinkle with cayenne (if desired).
